Compassion Connect provides comprehensive 24-hour health services in an Assisted Living residential based setting for 55+ aged adults living with mental and physical disabilities. Our team of nurses and caregivers assist in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), health related services, and group activities. We help individuals to live, work, and participate in a larger community whilst maintaining their dignity and individual choice.
