At Compassion Connect, our Assisted Living program is centered around providing compassionate quality care for individuals with physical and mental disabilities in a fully supportive, accommodating environment. We provide 24 hour specialized residential services in a comfortable group-based home setting. All of our homes are fully licensed and located conveniently in the Twin Cities, with easy access to community centers, restaurants, and parks.
Our qualified team of caregivers assist in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), health related services, and group activities. We put a strong emphasis on community support, and frequently participate in community building activities. We also work to create a flexible individualized service plan for each resident to develop skills and accomplish personal goals. We support our residents to lead rich, fulfilling lives.
